Sale, exchange, or other possession of distilled spirits. It is unlawful for any person knowingly and intentionally to sell, offer for sale, keep for sale, barter, exchange, furnish at public places, keep on hand at a place of business, or otherwise possess distilled spirits in any quantity, except as provided in this title. ## History Ga.
