Common nuisances — Proceedings for abatement of nuisances. Any common nuisance as defined in Code Section 3-10-8 shall be an unlawful place, and the act of keeping and maintaining any such place shall be deemed a separate offense for each day that it continues. Common nuisances may be abated by writ of injunction issued out of the superior court upon a complaint filed by the Attorney General, or the district attorney of the superior court, or any citizen of the county in which the nuisance exists.
