Advertising. A hospital may not advertise to the public, by way of any medium whatsoever, that it is identified by the state as a comprehensive, primary, remote treatment, or other level stroke center unless the hospital has been identified as such by the department pursuant to this article. ## History Code 1981, § 31-11-118, enacted by Ga.
