# O.C.G.A. § 31-11-119. Rules and regulations.

The department shall be authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of this article.

Ga. L. 2016, p. 438, § 2/HB 853, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “The department shall begin the rulemaking process to effect the provisions of this Act no later than June 30, 2016.”
