Contracts between emergency service providers and pharmacies for furnishing dangerous drugs and controlled substances. Medical directors of licensed ambulance services, first responders, or neonatal services are authorized to contract with licensed pharmacies to furnish dangerous drugs and controlled substances for the vehicles of their particular services. Such dangerous drugs and controlled substances shall be furnished, secured, and stored in the manner provided for in Code Section 26-4-116. ## History Code 1981, § 31-11-12, enacted by Ga.
