# O.C.G.A. § 31-11-34. Standards for ambulances and emergency organ transport vehicles.

Ambulances and emergency organ transport vehicles operated by persons engaged in providing ambulance service shall meet all standards as set forth in the department’s rules and regulations.

## Editor's Notes

Ga. L. 2025, p. 286, § 1/SB 58, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ‘Georgia Transporting Life-Saving Organs and Personnel Act.’”

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, inserted “and emergency organ transport vehicles” in this Code section.
