Inspections and investigations. The director or his duly authorized representatives shall have the power to enter at reasonable times upon any private or public property for the purpose of inspection and investigation of conditions relating to the handling of radioactive materials in the state. ## History Code 1981, § 31-13-14, enacted by Ga.
