Application of article. This article shall only apply to: (1) Owners of residential rental property that accept compensation for the use of residential property by another; (2) Landlords that accept compensation for the use of residential property by another; (3) Day-care facilities; and (4) Schools. ## History Code 1981, § 31-41-18, enacted by Ga.
