# O.C.G.A. § 31-49-1.1. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the term:

(1) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of public health.

(2) “Council” means the Georgia Council on Lupus Education and Awareness created pursuant to Code Section 31-49-2.

(3) “Department” means the Department of Public Health.
