Any person who operates a home health agency without first obtaining a license pursuant to this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or imprisoned for a period not to exceed six months, or both. ## History Ga.
