Informational materials; public accessibility. Each hospital and long-term care facility shall post on its website informational materials developed by the Department of Community Health explaining the rights specified in this article. The Department of Community Health shall develop such informational materials and shall make such materials available to hospitals and long-term care facilities for the purposes of this Code section. ## History Code 1981, § 31-7-434, enacted by Ga.
