# O.C.G.A. § 31-7-55. Administration of state funds.

The state agency is to be the sole agency for the administration of state funds pursuant to this article. The administration of such funds shall be in direct conjunction with that of federal funds under Titles VI and VII of the federal Public Health Service Act, as now or hereafter amended.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, inserted “federal” preceding “Public Health Service Act” in the last sentence of this Code section.

Titles VI and VII of the Public Health Service Act, as amended, referred to in this Code section, are codified as 42 U.S.C. §§ 291 et seq. and 292a et seq., respectively.
