# O.C.G.A. § 31-8-179.6. Automatic repeal.

This article shall stand repealed on June 30, 2030, unless reauthorized by the General Assembly prior to that date.

## Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, substituted “June 30, 2030” for “June 30, 2025” in this Code section.
