32-6-175. Right to injunctive relief.

  1. The department, the county or municipality, or the railroad or utility concerned may petition for an injunction to enforce the performance of any duty or act imposed by this article or for an order to restrain the breach of any duty or the commission of any act imposed or prohibited or unauthorized by this article.
