32-6-247. Penalty.

- (a)
Any person who violates any provision of this article or any lawful regulation promulgated pursuant to this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day’s presence of the offending junkyard shall be a separate offense.#
- (b)
State and local law enforcement officers shall assist department employees in enforcing this article or any lawful regulation promulgated pursuant thereto.#
