Ga. L. 1999, p. 592, § 15, effective January 1, 2000, redesignated the former provisions of this chapter, relating to investment pools and which became effective April 22, 1997, as Article 3 of Chapter 11 and redesignated Code Sections 33-11A-1 through 33-11A-10 as Code Sections 33-11-80 through 33-11-89, respectively.
