33-14-108. Applicability of certain provisions of this title.

  1. The following provisions of this title shall not apply to a limited purpose subsidiary organized under this article:

    Chapter 56.#

Code 1981, § 33-14-108, enacted by Ga. L. 2011, p. 446, § 1/HB 341; Ga. L. 2019, p. 337, § 1-73/SB 132. The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, in this Code section, substituted ‘‘this title shall not apply’’ for ‘‘the Code do not apply’’ in the introductory language, deleted ‘‘of this title’’ following ‘‘Chapter 11’’ in paragraph (5), and deleted ‘‘of this title’’ following ‘‘Chapter 56’’ in paragraph (9).
