33-46-10. Applicability of Chapter 39 of Title 33.

  1. Private review agents and utilization review entities shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 39 of this title.

Amendments

The 2021 amendment, effective January 1, 2022, redesignated former Code Section 33-46-8 as this Code section and inserted “and utilization review entities”.
