Examination of reinsurance intermediaries and managers by Commissioner. (a) A reinsurance intermediary shall be subject to examination by the Commissioner. The Commissioner shall have access to all books, bank accounts, and records of the reinsurance intermediary in a form usable to the Commissioner.
