# O.C.G.A. § 33-50-13. Multiple employer self-insured plans to make necessary filings.

All multiple employer self-insured health plans who have member employees in this state shall make all filings necessary to comply with this chapter.

## History

Code 1981, § 33-50-13, enacted by Ga. L. 1991, p. 1021, § 1; Ga. L. 2019, p. 533, § 1-13/HB 99.

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, deleted ‘‘as of July 1, 1991,’’ preceding ‘‘shall’’, and deleted ‘‘have until October 1, 1991, to’’ preceding ‘‘make all filings’’.
