As used in this article, the term ‘‘person’’ means an individual, corporation, association, partnership, reciprocal exchange, interinsurer, Lloyd’s insurer, fraternal benefit society, and any other legal entity engaged in the business of insurance, including but not limited to agents, brokers, counselors, and adjusters. ## History Code 1933, § 56-702, enacted by Ga.
