Definitions. As used in this chapter, the term: (1) “Corporate governance annual disclosure” means a confidential report filed by the insurer or insurance group made in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. (2) “Insurance group” means those insurers and affiliates included within an insurance holding company system as defined in paragraph (7) of Code Section 33-13-1. (3) “Insurer” has the same meaning as set forth in Code Section 33-1-2, except that it shall not include agencies, authorities, or instrumentalities of the United States, its possessions and territories, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, or a state or political subdivision of a state. (4) “Own Risk and Solvency Assessment Summary Report” means the report filed in accordance with Article 2 of Chapter 13 of this title. ## History Code 1981, § 33-65-2, enacted by Ga.
