Definitions of insurance not deemed mutually exclusive. It is intended that certain coverages may come within the definitions of two or more kinds of insurance as set forth in this chapter, and the fact that the coverage is included within one definition shall not exclude the coverage as to any other kind of insurance within the definition of which the coverage likewise reasonably is includable. ## History Code 1933, § 56-401, enacted by Ga.
