No person, insurer, or organization shall willfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the Commissioner or to any rating organization, advisory organization, insurer, or group, association, or other organization of insurers which will affect the rates, rating systems, or premiums for the classes of insurance to which this chapter is applicable. ## History Code 1933, § 56-534, enacted by Ga.
