34-2-7. Promulgation, review, amendment, and repeal of rules and regulations by Commissioner generally.

  1. The Commissioner shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 13 of Title 50, the ‘‘Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,’’ in the promulgation, adoption, review, amendment, and repeal of all rules and regulations of the department.
