Interference with lawful exercise of business activity. It shall be unlawful for any person, acting alone or in concert with one or more other persons, by the use of force, intimidation, violence, or threats thereof to prevent or attempt to prevent any employer from lawfully engaging or continuing to engage in any proper and lawful business activity; from properly, lawfully, or peaceably using or enjoying his property used or useful in the conduct of such business; from acquiring materials or supplies for the purposes of such business; or from disposing of the goods, wares, or products of such business. It shall further be unlawful to prevent or attempt to prevent any carrier or other person from supplying or delivering materials or supplies to any such employer or from receiving or accepting delivery on the premises of such business of the goods, wares, or products of such business. ## History Ga.
