34-8-154. Separate accounts.

  1. Except as provided in Code Section 34-8-161, the Commissioner shall maintain a separate account for each employer and shall credit such account with all the contributions paid by that employer. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to grant any employer or individuals in the service of such employer prior claims or rights to the amounts paid by the employer into the fund.
