# O.C.G.A. § 34-8-52. Governor’s designee.

As used in this chapter, the term “Governor’s designee” means one or more departments, boards, commissions, or agencies or the elected or appointed heads of such departments, boards, commissions, or agencies of this state selected by the Governor.
