Consideration of employer’s experience while self-insured. Any insurance company which voluntarily writes a policy for any employer which was self-insured under any provision of this chapter shall include such employer’s prior experience while self-insured to determine or have determined an experience modifier for such employer. ## History Code 1981, § 34-9-138, enacted by Ga.
