Removal of members. Any member of the board may be removed by the Governor for neglect of duty or malfeasance in office, provided written charges are served upon the member at least ten days prior to a hearing thereon before the Governor and the constitutional officers of this state; provided, further, that a majority shall find that the member is guilty of the charges preferred under this chapter or that he has ceased to represent the interests on whose behalf he was appointed, but for no other cause. ## History Code 1933, § 114-701.4, enacted by Ga.
