34-9-81.1. Board’s duty to provide injured workers with notice of rights, benefits, and obligations.

- (a)
The board shall provide by rule for the publication of a summary of the rights, benefits, and obligations under this chapter and the distribution of such summary to employers and employees in this state. The board shall provide by rule for the display of such summary by employers in locations accessible to employees.#
- (b)
Any person who fails or refuses to comply with a rule of the board promulgated pursuant to subsection (a) of this Code section shall be subject to an administrative fine not to exceed $1,000.00.#
