# O.C.G.A. § 35-2-31. Composition.

The Uniform Division of the department shall consist of:

(1) The officers, noncommissioned officers, and troopers of the headquarters staff;

(2) The officers, noncommissioned officers, and troopers of one battalion.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “department” for “Department of Public Safety” near the beginning of this Code section.
