35-3-3. Divisions of bureau.

  1. The bureau shall be composed of the Investigations Division, the Forensic Sciences Division, the Georgia Crime Information Center Division, the Legal Division, and such other divisions as may be created by the board.

Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “bureau” for “Georgia Bureau of Investigation” at the beginning of this Code section.
