# O.C.G.A. § 35-3-60. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Antiterrorism Act.”

Former Code Section 35-3-60, relating to legislative findings was based on Ga. L. 1983, p. 393, § 1, and was repealed by Ga. L. 1984, p. 22, § 35, effective February 3, 1984. For present comparable provisions, see O.C.G.A. § 35-3-61(a).
