# O.C.G.A. § 35-3-7. Agreements by director and commissioner for provision of services and material.

The director and the commissioner are authorized to enter into agreements, subject to approval of the board, for the provision of such services, material, or combination thereof as may be useful in the performance of the official duties of the bureau or the department.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, deleted “of public safety” following “commissioner” near the beginning, and substituted “board” for “Board of Public Safety” in the middle of this Code section.
