# O.C.G.A. § 35-4-3. Academy assigned to department for administrative purposes.

The academy is assigned to the department for administrative purposes only as prescribed in Code Section 50-4-3.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “department” for “Department of Public Safety” in this Code section.
