35-5-4. Powers and duties of administrator.

  1. The administrator of the Georgia Public Safety Training Center shall select the necessary staff and shall administer the policies and programs of the board regarding the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. The administrator shall be responsible to the board for the management and operation of the Georgia Public Safety Training Center and shall report directly to the board.

Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “Georgia Public Safety Training Center” for “center” in three places in this Code section.
