Grant program for transportation costs to emergency treatment facilities. Subject to appropriations, the council shall establish a grant program for the provision of funds to units of local government to be used for costs associated with transporting individuals to and from emergency receiving, evaluating, and treatment facilities as such terms are defined in Chapters 3 and 7 of Title 37. ## History Code 1981, § 35-6A-15, enacted by Ga.
