Neither this state nor any political subdivision of this state nor any department, officer, board, bureau, or other agency of either the state or any political subdivision thereof shall be liable or accountable in any way for or on account of the appointment of any special policeman or for or on account of any act or omission on the part of any special policeman in connection with his powers and duties under Code Sections 35-9-2 through 35-9-11 and this Code section. ## History Ga.
