Definitions. As used in this chapter, the term: (1) “Academy” means the Georgia County Leadership Academy. (2) “Board” means the Board of the Georgia County Leadership Academy. (3) “County governing authority” means the governing authority as defined in paragraph (7) of Code Section 1-3-3 and an elected chief executive officer of a county.
