# O.C.G.A. § 36-20-6. Board supervision of Georgia County Leadership Academy.

(a) The academy shall be under the direction and supervision of the board of the Georgia County Leadership Academy. The board shall have the power and duty to organize, administer, control, oversee, and advise the academy so that the academy is operated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

(b) The academy is assigned to the Department of Community Affairs for administrative purposes only, as prescribed in Code Section 50-4-3.
