Existing municipal and county laws to be brought into conformance with chapter. This chapter shall not repeal any existing laws authorizing a municipality or county to impose fees or require contributions or property dedications for capital improvements; provided, however, that all local ordinances or resolutions imposing development exactions for system improvements on April 4, 1990, shall be brought into conformance with this chapter no later than November 30, 1992. ## History Code 1981, § 36-71-12, enacted by Ga. L. 1990, p. 692, § 1; Ga. L. 1992, p. 905, § 2. ## Code Commission Notes Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1990, “April 4, 1990,” was substituted for “the effective date of this chapter”.
