L. 2005, p. 529, § 1/HB 557, effective May 1, 2005, and was reserved by Ga. L. 2012, p. 775, § 36/HB 942, effective July 1, 2012. Ga. L. 2022, p. 352, § 36/HB 1428, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, reserved the designation of this Code section, effective May 2, 2022.
