# O.C.G.A. § 37-1-7. Funding for new co-responder programs.

The state shall provide funding for a minimum of five new co-responder programs established pursuant to this title. Each such program shall have a minimum of one co-responder team.

## Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “this title” for “Title 37” at the end of the first sentence.

## Effective Date

This Code section became effective July 1, 2022.
