Discrimination or retaliation prohibited; sanctions. (a) No person shall discriminate or retaliate in any manner against any consumer, relative of a consumer, guardian or health care agent of a consumer, any employee of a services provider, or any other person for making a complaint or providing information in good faith to the ombudsman.
