Property other than military property; waste, spoilage, or destruction. Any person subject to this article who willfully or recklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfully takes, sells, destroys, or damages any property of another other than military property of the United States or of another state shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. ## History Code 1981, § 38-2-1109, enacted by Ga.
