38-3-55. Emergency locations — When authorized; proclamation.

  1. The provisions of Code Sections 38-3-52 through 38-3-54 shall be operative only in the event and for the duration of an emergency or disaster of manmade or natural causes or enemy attack impending on or affecting this state or the United States, as proclaimed by an appropriate state official.
