As used in Article III of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children contained in Code Section 39-4A-7, the term “deprived” means, with reference to this state, the same as the term “dependent child” as defined in Code Section 15-11-2. ## History Code 1981, § 39-4A-2, enacted by Ga.
