# O.C.G.A. § 4-1-1. Definitions.

As used in this title, the term:

(1) ‘‘Commissioner’’ means the Commissioner of Agriculture of the State of Georgia.

(2) ‘‘Department’’ means the Department of Agriculture of the State of Georgia.
