Joint regulation by the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Public Health. If the Department of Public Health elects to regulate the sale or transportation of exotic or pet birds under the authority of Code Section 31-12-9, then the Department of Public Health shall cooperate with the Department of Agriculture in developing and implementing such regulation. ## History Ga.
